About Business Infinity

A registered NDIS provider on a simple mission — helping every Australian with disability live a bigger, brighter, independent life.

Our Story

Born from a belief that NDIS care should feel human

Business Infinity Healthcare Services started with a small team of support workers who had one growing frustration: too many participants were being treated like numbers. Plans were rigid, workers kept changing, and families were doing the hard work of coordinating care on their own.

So we built the provider we wished existed — one that pairs you with a consistent, carefully matched team, keeps administration invisible, and measures success not in invoices but in independence, confidence and belonging.

Today our support workers and allied health professionals walk beside hundreds of participants across Australia — and we're only getting started.

Our Vision

An Australia where every person with disability feels seen, supported, and empowered to shape their own life.

We consider your goals, personality, interests, cultural background and care needs, then introduce a small pool of compatible workers. You always have the final say, and we'll keep trying until it feels right.

Absolutely. Our plan management team tracks every dollar, flags unused funding, and our support coordinators help you get maximum value from each support category — the way the NDIS intended.
